Simon Lyons

Simon Lyons is the Co-Head of Ardea Partners in Europe. Simon joined the firm in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience across sectors and geographies with more than $450bn of completed transactions.

Prior to joining Ardea, Simon was a Founding Partner at PJT Partners, where he advised clients worldwide. Simon spent the earlier part of his career at UBS where he was head of UK M&A.

Simon holds a BA from Oxford University. Beyond his professional career, he serves as Vice Chair of the Royal Free Charity and is a member of the Finance Committee of The Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
