Mike O'Neil

Mike O’Neil is a Managing Director at Ardea. He joined the firm in 2024 and has more than 17 years of experience advising financial institutions globally, with a particular focus on the financial technology and tech-enabled services sectors.

Prior to Ardea, Mike was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. He began his career at Bank of America, holding a range of roles across the firm, including in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division.

Mike holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
