Ivan Ross

Ivan Ross is a Co-Founder of Ardea. He specializes in strategic advisory and corporate finance solutions across sectors and geographies, where he draws on deep expertise in tax, legal, regulatory, and accounting matters, with a principal focus on clients in the alternative asset management sector.

Ivan spent nearly two decades at Goldman Sachs & Co., from 1992 to 2011, where, as a long-standing Partner and leader of the Corporate Finance Solutions Group, he pioneered many of the firm’s most successful innovations in merger and finance transaction structures. Prior to Ardea, he worked as a senior research analyst at Mason Capital, an investment fund based in New York. He began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Ivan holds a JD, Order of the Coif, from New York University and a BSE, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. Beyond his professional career, he serves as a Board Member for the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, as Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Katz Center for Advanced Judaic Studies at the University of Pennsylvania and a Board Member of Community Security Services in New York.
