Glenn Earle

Glenn Earle is a Vice Chairman at Ardea. He joined the firm as a Partner in 2018, bringing extensive senior leadership experience from a career spanning over three decades in global investment banking.

Before joining Ardea, Glenn spent approximately 25 years at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he served as Co-Head of the EMEA Advisory Group, Head of the Firmwide New Markets business for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and as COO of Goldman Sachs International. He began his career at Grindlays Bank, holding roles across international markets, based in London and New York.

Glenn holds a BA in Economics and Law from Cambridge University and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School. He has acted as a Board Director at various companies and charities and is currently Chair of the Young Vic Theatre in London.
