Brendan Cook

Brendan Cook is a Managing Director at Ardea. He joined the firm in 2016 and has over 13 years of experience between investment banking and growth equity investing. At Ardea, he specializes in the intersection of financial services and technology, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Prior to Ardea, Brendan was an Investment Associate at Pine Brook Partners, a New-York based investment firm that makes de novo and growth equity investment in the financial services and energy sectors. He began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., splitting time between M&A and capital markets within the Financial Institutions Group.

Brendan holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
